1-Surface floor protection film Description:

Hard Surface floor protection film can provide a temporary surface protection and perfectly prevent the surface of hard floor like wooden floor, tile floor and marble floor against paint spills, construction debris, dust, and other damage,etc. during painting, plastering, building, tiling, general maintenance and repair work, return a clean surface as good as new after removing the film without trace and residue stain.

2-We offer films in various quality, color, printability, thickness, length, width and adhesive strength as below:
A): Film Type: Polyethylene film coated with pressure sensitive water-based adhesive;
B): Color: Transparent;   white color, black & white color;   blue color;   black color, green color etc;
C): Printability: Can print Logo, company name in 0-5 colors on the film surface;
D) Thickness: 30 um -150 um (equals to 0.03mm-0.15mm);
E) Length: Within 2000 meter per roll;
F) Width: Within in 1600 millimeter;

4-Adhesive Strength

Extra High：Rough grain aluminum plate, carpet, car carpet, matte paint aluminum profile etc.

High：Fine grain frosted board, aluminum-plastic board, fire-proof board, decorative board and difficult to stick plastic board etc.

Medium：Household Polaroid Board, Artificial Stone, Stainless Steel Plate, Color Steel Plate, Aluminum Plate, Tile, Marble etc.

Medium Low：Polyester furniture board, smooth aluminum, coated metal sheet of gloss finish, surace of air-conditioner and various home appliances' surface etc.

Low：PVC plate, high-gloss plastic, glass lens, steel mirror plate, titanium metal, silk screen, nameplate etc.

5-Produce Process
Normally the PE film need first blowing original film in this step, and the color of film also finished in this process, we can add your demanded color masterbatch to produce you required color, if you don't need adhesive film after blowing it will be taken to cut machine and pack.
If you need adhesive film it should go to second produce line, glue coating machine, our technician will make suitable glue formula according the adhesive strength you demand.
If you still need printing your drawing, it will go on to printing line, the drawing is belonged to customize information, we will confirm with you carefully to make sure its no mistake before making mold for you.
PE film thickness, width, adhesive strength all can be customized for each customer demand.
