Dashang Wire Mesh can provide customized cylindrical wire mesh filter. A cylindrical filter, also known as a wire mesh filter tube, is made by welding a single or multiple layers of metal filter mesh. It could be woven wire mesh or perforated filter mesh according to the processing technology.

Features of our cylinder wire mesh filter:

Made of high quality stainless steel mesh and has a long service life;

The woven mesh is tightly woven, cut evenly, and the two ends of the filter cartridge are smooth without burrs;

Welding is firm, not easy to fall off, and welding marks can be cleaned;

All filter tubes will undergo outer/inner diameter size testing.

• Production and Inspection Standards:

  All welding must be uniform and continuous, ensuring firmness, and the surface of the filter tubes must be smooth and free of burrs to avoid pricking. All filter tubes need to undergo testing according to customer requirements to ensure that the inner/outer diameter of the filter tube is within the error range.

• Packaging:

  All filter tubes, first, put it in a cardboard box, label it, and then and then put into a fumigation-free wooden box.

  Or put it into a paper tube with lids on both sides, labeled, and then put it into a fumigation free wooden box. Packaging methods should take into account the possibility of wire mesh corrosion or mechanical damage. Any special packaging should be noted and agreed by the seller.
