■ Note

Users should configure a suitable BMS for strictly monitoring, management and protection.

The reversal charging is forbidden. Correctly connect the battery cells with Positive Pole and Negative Pole, otherwise short circuit would happen due to wrong connection on +/- terminal then cause damage and safety problem.

No matter what kind of charging mode is, once the temperature of the cell is above the maximum charging temperature, charging should be stopped.

If the batteries kept unused for a long time, it should be charged and discharged at the standard model every 3 or 6 months. Store the batteries in the state of 20%-30% SOC

(Voltage scope: 3.275V~3.305V).

■ Mechanical Characteristics

Item

Test Methods and Condition

Criteria

Constant heat and humidity performance

After standard charging, place the battery in a constant temperature and humidity chamber with a relative humidity of 90% to 95% for 48 hours, and take out the battery at an ambient temperature of 25 ± 2 °C for 2 hours. If there is no obvious change in appearance. Then discharge to 2.50V at 1.0 CA

Discharge capacity ≥80%

Vibration

After standard charging, the battery is mounted on a vibrating table, and experiments are carried out in three vertical directions of X, Y, and Z. The vibration frequency is varied at a speed of 1 Hz/min between 10 and 55 Hz, the displacement amplitude is 0.8 mm, and the reciprocating vibration is 90 min.

No obvious damage, leakage, smoke or explosion of the battery, battery voltage ≥ 3.70V

Drop Test

After the battery vibration test is completed, the free drop test is performed under the following conditions:
Drop height: 1.0m;
Undertake: 18~20mm thick hardwood board;
Fall direction: Drop once in the horizontal direction.

No obvious damage, leakage, smoke or explosion of the battery.

■ Safe Characteristic

Item

Test Methods and Condition

Criteria

Heavy impact

The battery is placed on the impact table, and the 10kg weight is free to fall from the height of 1m, and the battery that has been fixed on the fixture (the surface with the largest battery area should be perpendicular to the table)

The battery does not ignite or explode

Thermal shock

The battery was placed in a hot box and the temperature was raised to 130 ± 2 ° C at a rate of (5 ± 2 ° C) / min and held for 30 min.

The battery does not ignite or explode

High temperature test

After standard charging, the battery is placed in an oven at 90 ° C for 4 hours, then the battery is discharged at a constant current of 0.2CA to 2.50V, and then cycled 3 times.

Capacity recovery rate ≥75%

Overcharge

After standard charging, the battery with the thermocouple is placed in the fume hood. The battery and the sliding varistor are connected in series to the constant current and constant voltage source. The voltage is adjusted to 4.8V. The current is adjusted to 5.0CA through the sliding varistor, and then the battery is 5.0CA. Charging, monitoring battery temperature changes during the test, when the battery temperature dropped to about 10 ° C lower than the peak, the experiment was terminated. The current is not required to maintain 5.0CA during the test.

The battery does not ignite or explode

Short circuit

Place the battery with the thermocouple in the fume hood, short-circuit its positive and negative poles (the total resistance of the line is not more than 100mΩ), monitor the battery temperature change during the test, and end the test when the battery temperature drops to about 10 °C lower than the peak value. .

The battery does not ignite or explode

※Above testing of safe characteristic must be with protective equipment.

■ CAUTIONS IN USE

To ensure proper use of the battery please read the manual carefully before using it. Handling

▪ Do not expose to, dispose of the battery in fire.

▪ Do not put the battery in a charger or equipment with wrong terminals connected.

▪ Avoid shorting the battery

▪ Avoid excessive physical shock or vibration.

▪ Do not disassemble or deform the battery.

▪ Do not immerse in water.

▪ Do not use the battery mixed with other different make, type, or model batteries.

▪ Keep out of the reach of children.

■ Charge and Discharge

▪ Battery must be charged in appropriate charger only.

▪ Never use a modified or damaged charger.

▪ Do not leave battery in charger over 24 hours.

■ Storage

▪ Store the battery in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area.

■ Disposal

▪ Regulations vary for different countries. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.

■ Battery operation instruction

▪ 1. Charging

Charging current Cannot surpass the biggest charging current which in this specification book stipulated。

Charging voltage Does not have to surpass the highest voltage range which in this specification book stipulated。

Charge temperature The battery must carry on the charge in the ambient temperature scope which this specification book stipulated。

Uses the constant electric current, and the constant voltage way charge, the prohibition reverse charges. Incorrect connection of the battery positive electrode and the negative terminal can damage the battery。

▪ 2. Discharging current

The discharging current does not have to surpass this specification book stipulation the biggest discharging current, the oversized electric current electric discharge can cause the battery capacity reduction and to cause the battery overheat。

▪ 3. Discharge temperature

The battery discharge must carry on in the ambient temperature scope which this specification book stipulated.

▪ 4. Over-discharges

After the short time excessively discharges charges immediately cannot affect the use, but the long time excessively discharges can cause the battery the performance, battery function losing. The battery long-term has not used, has the possibility to be able to be at because of its automatic flashover characteristic certain excessively discharges the condition, for prevented excessively discharges the occurrence, the battery should maintain the certain electric quantity。

▪ 5. Storing the Batteries

The battery should store in the product specification book stipulation temperature range. If has surpasses above for one months the long-time storage, suggested you should carry on additional charge to the battery.

■ Period of Warranty

The period of warranty is 2 year from the date of shipment. guarantees to give a replacement in case of cells with defects proven due to manufacturing process instead of the customers abuse and misuse.

■ Other The Chemical Reaction

Because batteries utilize a chemical reaction, battery performance will deteriorate over time even if stored for a long period of time without being used.

In addition, if the various usage conditions such as charge, discharge, ambient temperature, etc. are not maintained within the specified ranges the life expectancy of the battery may be shortened or the device in which the battery is used may be damaged by electrolyte leakage.

If the batteries cannot maintain a charge for long periods of time, even when they are charged correctly, this may indicate it is time to change the battery.

■ NOTICE

Before using the battery pack/packs, pls DO NOTE BELOW REMINDINGS:

# Battery appearance visual check: Once batteries received, pls check if the batteries with scratches or impacted. If yes, pls contact us at the first time.

# Use insulating plate between batteries for better isolation in case short circuit happens to cause battery damage.

# Do correctly connect the battery cells with Positive Pole and Negative Pole, otherwise short circuit would happen due to wrong connection on +/- terminal.

# DO NOT Power On the batteries before checking. Connect the batteries in series/parallel to a battery pack firstly. Do not Charge the battery pack at this step!

# Use the Multimeter to check the voltage of each battery cell, then connect the battery cells to 12V/24V/48V Battery Pack and then check the voltage of the whole battery pack.

# Connection Use Notice:

Do keep the battery cells at same voltage if you are going to connect them in series or parallel. If not, pls connect the battery cells in parallel (no charging at this step) to balance the voltage.

# Ensure the Voltage parameters and Correct Connection of the batteries normal, YOU CAN CHARGE/USE the Battery Pack.

# DO Recharge the Battery Packs every 3 months if they are shelved/not used for long time.
