High Temperature Disc Springs

High Temperature Disc Springs made of high temperature(Cryogenic) resistant material as Inconel 718 , 750 , Nimonic 90 , these disc springs are applied for high temperature&cryogenic(from -50°C up to +500°C) environment and ultra-high temperature&cryogenic(from -250°C up to +700°C) environment. High Temperature Disc Springs (Cryogenic Disc Springs) are widely used in Valves, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Industrial Furnaces & Ovens, Cryogenic Technology, Special Chemical circumstances, etc.

High Temperature Disc Springs are designed & manufactured according to DIN2092 & DIN2093, GB/T 1972-2005, and ISO 19690. The common material for Belleville Disc Springs include: 30W4CrVA, H13, X22CrMoV12-1, CuBe2, Inconel 718, Inconel 750, Nimonic 90.

Surface Condition And Corrosion Protection:

Common surface treatment for Corrosion Resistant Disc Springs is Polish, Electrophoresis.
