Concrete Lintel Machine

Concrete over girder machine is one of the new designs for manufacturing pre-stressed concrete over girders or beams. The machine works on the principle of push extrusion. Its productivity is 4-5 times higher than the traditional lintel molding method. The finished concrete lintel poured by this machine is very dense and smooth. Each lintel can be reinforced with 4-9 pre-stressed steel wires. We can design and manufacture standard shaped lintels and U/V shaped lintels according to different customers' requirements.

A transom is a structural member in residential construction. The primary function of a transom beam is to support and brace the masonry wall above an opening/door/window and transfer its loads to the side walls. The end of this beam is built into the wall and the width of the transom beam is the same as the width of the wall
