This machine tool is a general machine tool, can complete rough and fine machining of main and passive gears, machining accuracy of level 6 level (GB / T11365-89).
Main features of the machine tool
This machine tool is a three-axis CNC Spiral Bevel tooth cone gear milling machine, namely shake table movement (X axis), workpiece spindle movement (Y axis), bed saddle movement (Z axis), the system adopts Siemens 828D, can realize three-axis linkage.
The main motion of the knife disc spindle is driven by the frequency conversion motor to achieve stepless speed regulation.
The adjustment changes the hanging wheel, reduces the adjustment time, simplifies the user operation and improves the cutting efficiency.
