This equipment is mainly used for lithium ion pilot line automatic winding of cylindrical cells. Main action process: cathode, anode electrode and separator feeding method are all coil feeding method, cathode, anode electrode and separator are actively unwinded, respectively through dust removal, iron removal and electrostatic removal treatment into the winding part, and according to its process requirements for winding, automatic change of station after winding, cut off the separator, attach the termination tape, finished products automatic unloading, (through hot holes, inserts, code scanning, short circuit detection) and defective products rejected, good products are sent to the post-project, to achieve the production of fully automated cylindrical cells lithium Cell Pilot Line is mainly used for automatic cutting and automatic lamination of electrodes of lithium-ion batteries.
