What is Niacinamide?

Niacinamide, also known as nicotinamide vitamin B3 or vitamin PP, is a water-soluble vitamin that belongs to the B group of vitamins and is a coenzyme (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide,NAD) and coenzyme (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate,NADP) is a component of the two coenzyme structures in the human body, which has reversible hydrogenation and dehydrogenation properties, plays a role in hydrogen transfer in biological oxidation, can promote the biological oxidation process of tissue respiration and metabolism, and is of great significance for maintaining the integrity of normal tissues, especially the skin digestive tract and nervous system When lacking, pellagra is caused by the affected respiration and metabolism of cells, so this product is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of pellagra stomatitis and slossitis.

--The whitening principle of niacinamide has two main principles: 

    First, niacinamide can interfere with the transport of melanin, restrict melanin in melanocytes, prevent melanocytes from continuing to produce melanin, and avoid the transmission of melanin to the skin surface to make the skin black, so as to achieve the     whitening effect. 

    Second, niacinamide has been proven to have a good anti-glycation effect, and the substance produced by skin glycation is brown, which will make the skin look black, and the anti-glycation of niacinamide helps to whiten the skin, thereby brightening the skin tone.
