Principle
A qualified repellent can stop 99% of mosquito bites within 6 to 8 hours. The principle is that the drug acts directly on the mosquito's tactile organs and chemical receptors, thereby repelling the mosquito. (Similar to DEET)

 

Synthesis method

Insecticide was synthesized from n-butylamine and ethyl acrylate by addition reaction and acylation reaction. Under the optimized conditions, the addition reaction yield of n-butylamine and ethyl acrylate was 85%, the acylation reaction yield was 91.8%, the total yield was 78%, and the active ingredient content was more than 98.3%, which was higher than the effective content of Merck IR3535.
